All students are required to give a testimony of having accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Each student is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner that at no time will bring reproach upon our Savior or the school. Each student must be a working part of a local church. All Bible types and versions used in class work or as reference material must be approved by the instructor.
An application fee of $50.00 must accompany all applications and is non-refundable. A 10% discount will be allowed if all tuition, books and fees are paid in full prior to the second week of classes. All tuition, books and fees must be paid by the end of the semester in order to graduate.
We have been approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for education benefits for veterans who are serious about studying the Bible.
Students may change or drop a program at any time during the first 2 weeks after classes begin at Midwest Bible College. When a program is dropped or withdrawn from and no substitute is taken, if all tuition, books and fees have been paid then a 50% refund of tuition will be made upon request. No refunds are given for books or fees. A student must notify Midwest Bible College in writing of the intention to withdraw or drop a program.
Because of the nature of this curricula we strongly suggest that you begin at the Associate level. However, to be considered for advanced placement, Midwest Bible College will evaluate transcripts containing Bible classes and other materials to make its determination. If you wish to enter into any program other than the first year Associates Program you must request the Registrar at each post-secondary institution in which you have enrolled since graduation from high school to mail an official copy of your transcript directly to Midwest Bible College. You are also required to furnish Midwest Bible College with a photocopy of each degree that you have been issued. Midwest Bible College reserves the right to determine whether or not to allow the transfer of credits earned for similar courses taken at other institutions. Students will only be considered for advanced standing after completed application, appropriate fee, and transcripts have been submitted.
Midwest Bible College recognizes life-learning experience and will issue credit for such experience. However, such credit must be determined by the committee during the candidate’s evaluation process. Life learning credit may only be extended to pastors who have been in full time ministry for more than ten years and must be approved by Midwest Bible College. In order to apply for advanced standing based on ministry experience please include full details of your ministry experience along with your completed enrollment application and the appropriate application fees. Your request will be evaluated and you will be notified if your advanced standing request is approved.
