Our Purpose
The purpose of Midwest Bible College is to prepare you for ministry. Our desire is to make obtaining your degree affordable and yet comprehensive. Some may say that the requirements necessary to obtain a degree at Midwest Bible College do not take as long as at some other schools. This is by design. Our curriculum is tailored to hold tuition to a minimum and yet allow the student to receive a complete and comprehensive understanding of the subject matter taught. In reviewing these programs, we believe you will come to the conclusion that we have streamlined the important areas of study which are of major academic and spiritual importance.
Individuals who are unable to attend classes at Milwaukee’s main campus can still earn a degree in Biblical Studies. This can be accomplished through our online classes.
What We Believe
We are a fundamental, full gospel, Bible-believing school. We believe that the Bible is the inerrant and infallible Word of God. We accept that the Bible is God’s instruction manual for life and that it is not open to any single or denominational interpretation, but that it is written to all mankind.
It is our belief that God created the earth and the universe in six literal days and that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin. We believe that He died on the cross at Calvary, and He rose from the dead three days later and now sits at the right hand of God as our High Priest. We believe Jesus intervenes on our behalf to the Father for our sins. We further believe that He will be returning for us and that we shall reign in Heaven for eternity with Him.
We believe that the Holy Spirit effects regeneration and sanctification in the believer and empowers His people for Christian witness and service. The Holy Spirit desires to fill each believer continually with increased power for Christian life and witness, and imparts His supernatural gifts for the edification of the body and for various works of ministry in the world.
Finally, we believe that all nonbelievers will be sentenced to eternal separation from God in a place called hell.
